If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. We will be happy to cancel or reschedule any appointments up until 48 hours before. For any cancellation or reschedule requests.
Within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a £10 administration fee.
The day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full appointment amount.
On the date of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the full appointment amount.
No Shows
Any ‘no show’ appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. This payment will be required before a new booking is made.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future treatments at the salon if appointments are continually missed/changed without notice.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late please call and let us know ASAP. Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. We will always do our best to accommodate however any appointments 15 minutes late or more may not be able to go ahead.
